Just wondering, will BC 2 have any sort of special recognition for us BF2 vets? Sorta like, 2142 did?

You can get the M1 Garand if you're a Battlefield veteran.

You get weapons. Its not about e-peen for some. For most, yes.

I've noticed people usually ask for some silly character, uniform insignia, badge next to their name in the scoreboard, or whatever else over weapons.

That's true. I dont think anyone will disagree that MANY players play for stats and, as you say, e-peen recognition.

Though I am glad its weapons. I think that would be more fun than a badge or name thing. Of course they also added the number next to the name on the leader board, so I guess you get both.
