Questions about unlocks and ranks

Does anyone know if there is somewhere on the net i can find a list of the unlocks per level/rank and a ordered list of unlocks for the diffrent classes. also does anyone know how the specializations for the classes work?

still looknig for a site that has all the unlocks by rank and class.. Like some sorta wiki..

I don't think one exists. The only thing we have is the website that lists the unlocks but it doesn't tell you what rank or how many class points you need to reach it.
