It helps to stay away from tanks and vehicles with secondary gun passengers. If you can "hide" behind a tree and fire off the hellfire missiles at the tank it helps quite a bit. In HardCore mode the missiles are really effective against infantry.
The short time (winning or losing) defense gets to spend with the apache just isn't enough to quench my helicopter addiction...Comment
