Dragon,

Check out the Tips sticky as well as the Questions thread. In those you will see that there is not a como rose but you look at something and then press the Q key.

He is asking about an FPS counter, I use FRAPS for that.

Ohhhh, I see now.

With no console in the game, there are no built in tools that I am aware of. Anyone find any in the .ini file?

Otherwise, like Evant said, fraps could be used.
