Tomorrow morning, 3rd Feb at 2am PST, 10am GMT and 11am CET EA will restart its servers for maintenance, this will affect Battlefield Bad Company 2 Beta. During the time the EA servers are down you will be unable to log in, view up to date stats, view the server browser or play in games of Bad Company 2 Beta.
This down time is expected to last between 10 and 15 minutes.
We apologise for the inconvenience and delay in getting you your morning Battlefield.

Will Wednesdays become the new Tuesday when someone posts asking why they can't login to EA server?

EA always has Tuesday maintenance. All servers are taken down briefly on Tuesday mornings. Not usually for long though.

Nope, EA maintenance as all EA games are affected not just DICE games.

Exception:

BF2 accounts are held at GameSpy

So expect this to happen regularly.

Lost connection just while ago and the first thing I thought of was it must be Tuesday morning.
