1. no. it sucks. point at a medic and hit Q and you will ask for health. Point at a tank and hit Q and you will spot it. For some reason DICE thought you should only be able to ask if you can find one. Not sure what kind of alcohol they were drinking.
2. On the right of the enter battle box, there is squad management. there are not squad leaders.
