I got an epic fail when I spawned and my parachute didn't start opened and I didn't know what key to press to open it (didn't think to try the jump key like in BF2142). Epic crater = Epic fail. Very amusing, DICE.
i got an epic fail for swimming in ice cold water... it gave me no warning that i was about to die and i was very close to reaching a ladder to climb out of there.
