Dude,they are just letting people outside NA know where they can get codes.Here in NA just go to Gamestop or the EA store,man.

As of right now, yes. There has been no mention yet of getting into the beta without pre-order. Im sure someone at DICE did mention a method of getting the keys without pre-order, but nothing has come up yet.
