Lag? (Xbox 360)

Hey, just a quick question to find out if anyone on the 360 has noticed any lag over the last couple of days. Recently i haven't been able to find a match that doesnt, from time to time, pause and skip every so often.

I'm running on a 18meg internet connection with an Open Nat so i refuse to believe its me. Anyone able to reassure me on this? I've got a full 4 green bars at all times.

I am having the exact same problem on my console too.

Except, i only ever have 1 ping bar, never had more
