hahaha xD that's called slow-scoping Swatpll... try doing some snap shots, they are hit and miss at first but u soon begin getting the clicks in right. Basically it's working of ur initial instinct and flicking ur wrist.. you're basically going into one click in and out of scope rather than a click in and hold, that's quick scoping.
