    VOIP wotn enable!

    Every time i try to enable VOIP in audio option i come back and its not enabled.
    I enable it, press apply, press back, and than i come back to audio options and its not enabled

    I dont have a mic, but i want to hear people, and since its not enabled i cant hear people!
