How do you fire Akimbo Pistols?

Do you alternate between the left and right mouse button, click both buttons together, or some other method?

I tend to prefer alternating between the buttons, as that seems to be the fastest way of firing them.

If I am actually going for kills I will fire them at the same time, because in theory it's quicker (since you are firing both of them as fast as possible)

But if there is a possibility of a game winning kill cam, I pretend I'm a cowboy and fire them off one at a time, just to look awesome.

i click left right left right because it seems to be faster.

Depends, I tend to shoot them both at the same time, I have tired alternating before but I don't like it that much.

I usually go at the same time, since with stopping power the USP.45 (For example) is a 2-shot kill at close range apparently.
