the stupid container in the titan cargo bay

game is over 3 yrs old and people can still exploit by placing sentry guns in there and pushing themselves into it. why is it so damn hard to seal the container so that nothing can enter it? played some server where 2 fools were hiding in their with their sentries and killing everyone and even shooting through walls. i'd pod onto back of the titan and instantly start taking damage from stupid sentry guns that was seemingly shooting through all the walls.

The big question is why do you still play the game.

Haha you can still push the sentry through the floor of the titan and kill all the campers by consoles 1 and 2.

Did you know not everyone shares your opinion?

I think it just has something to do with the mechanics of the game that cant, at least easily, be changed. What I dont understand is how they have not fixed the EU transport bug. Remember when Sir was talking about that? He said they for a confidential reason, they could not fix it. I would just love to know what in the world of hell that confidential reason would be.

The confidential reason is that, they don't know what they are doing and have no knowledge how to fix their own game.
Just like with ALT Tabbing. They can't even get the basics down.

the real problem imo is the people who made the game move on and don't work on the patches themselves. the patching work probably goes to the bottom of the pecking order.

Because it's still an awesome blast to play. But yea the containers need to be fixed, really lame that this glitch still hasn't been fixed after 10+ patches.

Can't be bothered sounds more like it. What if they just removed them altogether? That would be a win win. No containers, no glitchers.

Speaking of patches, I utterly despise the patch program used for the BF series, if I am not mistaken the latest BF2 patch gives it the boot, and I really hope 1.51 does the same. Takes forever to load, forever to patch, and closes randomly when I am trying to get the game to work. I would really like to see that ingame patcher rumored coming up for the next gen.

Re: the stupid container in the titan cargo bay

I've been playing for over a year now and while I've heard about this problem, I've never experienced it and I play a lot of titan maps. The only titan glitch I've ever seen is some guy was repeatedly killing a group of us manning the titan guns with RDX. I learned there's a way to place it above and kill everyone on the guns.

We have a way to deal with cheaters in our clan...we kick/ban hackers/glitchers. We try to keep our servers clean for fair play.

As do most of the servers I play in. The problem is the people who own/run the server can't/aren't always on. That's when all the cheaters come out to play.

It's funny because glitches most of the time asked if there is an admin on the server. I always said no, next thing I know they are either glitching the titan or the building near silo 4 on Suez, and whem I use the ban hammer on them.
