COD5 Dead?

Hi, I just went on Multiplayer and Solo like a couple minutes ago, is CoD5 dead? No servers were to be found, no Solo Matches I couldn't find! Please tell me this isn't true:cry:!

Well the Co-Op had bugs Treyarch never fixed and, to me, was just about dead out of the box. So I dont know what the problem is there.

As for MP, I just got on and found about 800 or so servers populated, which is normal.

They released patch 1.7, make sure you are up to date. Also check your filters.

Its alive and kicking.

WaW's MP was great but it was difficult to find servers with decent ping. If I reinstall it, it will be to play some more zombie mods.

It is a shame that not many multi servers are running. The maps were great, and the gameplay was pretty fun.

Now I remember why I stopped playing, I kept getting disconnect by punkbuster B and it would take forever for the multiplayer screen to load.

How is the game doing these days? I understand it was never extremely popular to begin with due to it being Call of Duty 2 with Call of Duty 4's perk, weapon, challenge, and promotion system.

I don't have a laptop that can run it well enough due to my dual core 2.13GHz CPU, all the other components meet requirements though, so I might buy a gaming computer one of these days, and I hope this game is still popular.

I really enjoyed war a lot. I was disappointed they didn't bring it back in the later Call of Dutys. It was by far the most fun game mode I've ever played.
