I had gotten used to it by now. 2142 is just a problem magnet, if something happens like this once the game is no longer current, we're likely screwed.

it's just that dice holds 2142 in such low regards that when there is something to be addressed, they rather just ignore it than tackle it. it just doesn't seem like dice is proud of this particular battlefield game. they'd rather see it go away than be reminded of its existence...
