lol what a difference a patch makes. i have played a lot since the patch and i haven't run into a single akimbo 1887 yet.

That's because people kinda suck and will use whatever gives them an advantage. Since the 1887s don't give a huge advantage anymore, people are looking for the next best thing.

If the game is ever truly balanced, you won't see more of any single weapon on the ground over the other weapons, except as distributed by ranks. You're going to see more M4s and SCARs lying around when the players are of lower rank, and ACRs for higher ranks. It's RARE to see F2000's lying around, because that gun sucks ***.

How is the AK? I have yet to unlock it. That has always been my favorite weapon, well that and the MP5.

actually scar is my fav AR now even when i have ACR unlocked. the damage is awesome and with scavenger the gun rocks.

ak is meh, too much recoil for my taste.

The AK is like the BAR in 2142. High recoil to master, but a very strong weapon.

I hated the BAR, but love the AKs

While I was ranking up to second prestige yesterday I used it, And I have to say I think it is shocking. High recoil alone the sound just doesn't suite it, the iron sight I find is pretty bad...Not much more to say. It has fallen from its MW1 glory.

Tbh I thought it was very good, but then again all the other guns are very good too unlike cod4.

I think the simple answer to that is, it doesn't. I still like it though, just not as much as the M16 :)

I dont think you will get flamed. Its not hard to shoot the Jack, I just never liked it. It was loud, bulky, vibrated a lot, and had a low ammo clip. Whereas the AK isn't bulky and has a higher ammo clip. IMHO, it handles the same as MW1, the look and sound is different. Thats all I noticed.

It also looks sexier than MW1s, but I still use them both

AK has the worst iron sights of the guns i tried. and it might be just me but if you put a noob tube on it, it takes longer to reload than other ARs with the same attachment.

AK47 is absolute garbage in this game compared to cod4. The model, the texture, the sound, the sights (yes, they are slightly different).

Maybe its the Chinese knock of version of the AK-47? :laugh:
