See the army uses PK rockets too!

found this while killing time at work

700 yard range! They had 4 rockets just like 2142. Looks like they would be fun to use :p

edit: just released this is my 666th post

That's been around for donkeys years. They had one in the film Commando with the governor of california. It was fired by a 8stone girlie!

in case no one else noticed, this weapon took a long time to pull out, get stable, aimed, and even then it needed 4 rounds to kill the house, in bf2142 you need 2 seconds to pull it, and half a second to aim, at a higher fire rate, less recoil, and more precision(not to say higher speed). if this weapon was in bf2142, or a more realistic version of pk rockets, nobody would use it because they were killed before they could even pull it out completely.

So you honestly think the military can't implement that into a portable under barrel launcher? Geez dude, they only have another 133 years to work on it.

Oh and blowing up a house and taking out infantry behind cover isn't exactly the same thing. Not to mention that used fire not sheer explosive power.

Umm... yeah. And it is entirely realistic for someone to jump, spin, drop to a crouch, scope in on someone 80m away, and drop them with a three round burst to the head in 1-2 seconds. Or, better yet, for someone to go from a crouch to standing 5 times in a couple of seconds, all while scoped in and shooting guys accurately at distance.
