Patch 1.5 problem

im trying to install 1.5 on my brothers machine, its a fresh install of Bf2, meaning its not patched, and yet when i try to patch to 1.5 it says i have a newer version.

Have you patched to 1.41 first? If you have then possibly try re-downloading the 1.5 patch from somewhere else. A few people have had failure at patching to 1.5 and this has fixed it.

You need 1.41 installed before you can patch to 1.5. It's like an incrumental patch and you can't get the full one.
