The FAL isnt actually that bad, if you played with the G3 or M14 in CoD4 you will love the FAL as its about the same sort of power.

i'm surprised how highly thought of scar is despite the tiny magazine. i do like the gun but i always run out of bullets on it.

That was the problem i found with the Scar, great gun with little recoil but i always found myself out of ammo after only a few minutes making getting those higher killstreaks harder to get.

I find it is an necessity for the scar, i have tried using it with other perks but you really need scavenger. Without it the gun is essentially useless, along with the revolver.

yup you have to tie up the scar with scavenger. sorta like how i have to tie up ACR with stopping power.
