Which memory solution is better?

Hi guys. I am thinking of building a new computer specifically for gaming. I have a question on memory. Is it better to have 4 GB of Corsair Dominator GT or 8 GB of Corsair XMS3? I want to get one of these two. Want to know which is better.

I have absolutely no idea, you didn't give us weather or not they are DDR2 or DDR3 memory, their frequency or their latency. On top of that you posted in the PC gaming section instead of the Tech section.
