=ENG= breaking ROE

Was on the =ENG= server which don't get me wrong is good but then this started to happen:








Tried to explain and the clan leader did sort things out but as a clan I have never met a bunch of crybabies and if your in anyway good they will just kick you from their server.

Got to the point where I was playing and was being told that they were talking about me by members that were not happy with the attitude of the clan IE. 'see you got to kick him last night'. REASON: under the opinion config files, even though this doesn't work anymore.

Also you try to have any argument with on their forum they will delete your post and bann you

But the rest of the Clan are seriously restarted

Just out of interest, is this type of behavior breaking EA ROE ??

But what do you expect to happen?

This kinda thing happens all the time. Numerous times to me, but I just let it go and moved on.

Why were they annoyed with you in the first place?

unfortunately EA won't do anything about it. they don't enforce the roe anymore other than resetting stats. I've never heard of any instance of a server being shut down, EA makes money from them.

No offence Rogu3 but the admins PB reasons are pretty funny, and rightly so seeing as though you were going to town

tbh, you should expect what you got and why clan servers won't always want you there, you wear clan tags, so you not got a clan server?

Yeah they are sort of funny but still coming from admins is just not on. Next thing they started kicking for config files (which I don't alter) then macros (which I don't use), really they are a clan of egos which fails to live up to their hype. Truely come to think of it better of out of there as they really are a bunch of dicks and Ive seen this with loads of new clans who use admin power to make the playing field more sutible for their lack of gameplay, they just won't last as the news will travel quite quickly.

Also Only started playing BF2 again in wait for BFBC2 and 2142 was losing interest, my clan do have a server, 2 L4D and 1 2142 server, next servers I will be investing in will be for BFBC can't see the point in going for a BF2 server when I think BFBC2 could be it's end

Basically Admins are above the law and many many run hack servers,I called one server owner a hack the other day and he just banned me from his server for no reason

So... you called the admin a hacker and you got banned. Can you honestly say you're surprised. If it were me, I would have banned you.

Also, the "teamkilling or successful kick vote" message is the default PB message.

sticks and stones,if you run a server you need a thick skin or some patience/customer skills with dealing with people in a mature way.maybe he was hacking?

Like i said basically they make thier own rules and dont have to answer to anyone.

No i wasnt hugely suprized but he didnt have to run and tell mommy

this is only the 2 server ive been banned from in 4 years,and usually im vocal but no trouble

Thing is, it's your server. If people are pissing you off and calling hacks, then just get rid of them. I admin'd a BF2 server and for a long while it was #1 in the UK. If someone came along and started running their mouth off, we kicked them. They came back, we banned them

We listened to people who provided constructive criticism, but if you're shouting, offending others or generally being an asshat, you're gone.

If the admin was cheating, then I think it would have just been best to move server.

thing is i only said it once,and i had been having lots of fun there over the years with other players.

I do understand its "thier server to govern"

i think its a two week ban?

People called me a cheater or hacker all the time on my server I just laughed and continued playing, why kick them?
