Just got PWNED by the AC30 courtesy of Crunch....
Anyone think it's overpowered?
Maybe I am just jealous that I haven't gotten it yet. : /
By the way....good to finally meet Crunch in game...we had quite a couple good battles...
Too bad there aren't Dedi Servers....

Edit: My mistake....it WAS the chopper that was PWNING everyone, especially me. But either way I mean....GOOD LORD...shorten the duration of it for Christ sakes : )

Chopper gunner is more overpowered than the AC130 in my opinion, but yes, it is overpowered.

One way to balance it would be to remove all killstreaks over 8 from the care packages, and don't have huge red boxes outlining targets, make players use the thermal!

By the way, what's your steam? Add me (redbreath) and maybe me, you, and Crunch could play a few rounds.

Yeah, the AC130 I got at the end of that round. They are pretty powerful, which is why I use the perks to hide myself.

I also started to cary missles to help shoot those down and UAVs. It seems to help a alot.

I nailed the chopper with TWO direct hits from the AT Rocket and it was STILL flying around. Lol.

Does anyone else think that the stinger is pretty useless. I mean, with having to hold it on target for like 5 seconds to get a lock just doesn't seem practical in a fast paced MP match. Even if it IS effectively powerful.

Chopper Gunner is much more overpowered than the AC130, if you hide well and have a chopper gunner and have the nuke as a kill streak reward, gg.

None of the killstreaks give me trouble. I have one kit called 'Anti-Killstreak' with the 3 essentials, ColdBlooded, Stinger, Scavenger. Almost all the killstreaks are one hit kills with the Stinger and just one extra shot for the AC-130 and Chopper Gunner.

yeah but ac-130 deploys flares. i don't know what the success rate of flares are but i have yet to hit a ac-130 with my stinger.

The littlebird is possible to shoot down, I have done it a few times as long as you lock onto it early, not sure if the crate doesn't drop if you hit it before it drops, that would be and epic way to mess with someone's care package.

However it is impossible to shoot down the Emergency Airdrop plane that flies over, which is a shame because it flies so low, and you can't lock onto it.

Also I doubt you can hit an AC130 with the predator since it is a long way out the map, but it may be possible with a real high DPI
