Magic Grenades :)

I have been accused of hacking more than few times :shakehead: Aim bots, wall hacks and so on. Never would hack and never will hack.

Today the hackuasations reached a new level. Apparently i have infantry seeking grenades Trust me i am as shocked as you are.

Playing Liepzig i was 1 on 1 with a guy in some rocks and we were playing the crouch game. I got tired of it and chucked a nade in his direction that fell short and bounced off the rock between us. At the same moment i threw the nade the guy rushed around the rock and luckily the nade bounced at an angle near his vicinity and the explosion killed him.

About 2 secs later the kick vote came and i asked why? He said i was hacking and that my nades chased him and killed him :laugh: He kept on about how hackers are losers (this is true) and some other crap. I poked fun at him for a few and got back to business. I did run into him one other time and killed him with the pistol :laugh: He did not say anything to that.

Anyway just felt the need to share. Anyone ever hear of magic infantry tracking grenades? You would think if such thing existed that this would be the hackers favorite thing to use. Drop a supply crate and let the points roll in :shock:

Welcome to BF2142, the game where people have forged the belief that hacks can bend reality itself.

Be warned; within a week, you will be accused of having a cheat that makes opponents suffer a power failure if they happen to be winning.

no, never heard of them. i've seen vids that show nade "spheres". they look like big balls & represent their explosive range. but never heard of nades that track or change direction. probably just some noob making stuff up. my all time fav is a guy who claimed i hacked because i knifed him on a ladder. some players just live in their own reality.

Yeah I have heard people call trigger bots on people, as in, when you put the cross hair on someone it automatically start shooting... someone got on me cause i had colors coming out of my gun in one of my videos, think it was blue out of krylov or something, which is normal, either way people will say some crazy ****. Basically done with this game anyways, its been conquered...

I find the grenades to be a little buggy sometimes, but I've seen anything that I would classify as a "grenade hack".

I do get accused of hacking with the Clark pretty frequently. I wiped out a four-man squad the other day. They were all lying at the top of one of those concrete stairs and I just walked up on them. They didn't see me and I proceeded to waste all of them with four shots. One of my squadmates saw it and was laughing his *** off.

Anyway, it was only about 10 seconds later that the kick vote came up and the guy said I was hacking b/c I one-shot-killed all of them.

Duh.

As for nade hacks... ...I've heard from a clan leader who has a plant (spy) in a hacking clan, yes they exist. Every projectile or object that in any way moves in the game will interact with scenery and other objects with quite a high degree of predictability, and so this lets gamehack users blindly throw nades which get kills every time, often via the most unlikely and detourious of routes.

Sorry that you got wrongly accused by someone though. That's always a pisser.

Unfortunately it's also bound to happen in a culture where new cheating players get added to the master ban list every few minutes.
