Stats not updating?

I reinstalled this game for the first time in probably 3 years a couple of days ago to have a go on the new 1.5 patch. I made a new account because i couldnt remember any of my old details and hit some ranked servers.

It occured to me today my stats haven't updated at all. I have no recollection of this being an issue back in the day, so anybody have an idea whats up?

Possibly a bug?
Sometimes I find I have to play an entire round and wait for the next map to load up, play about a minute, and then leave for my stats to actually update.
