Currently I am using these two.
I use the SCAR-H on most maps, but there are a couple of maps with sniper infested bottlenecks where I prefer the riot shield.
I plan on creating a stealth class when I get the relevant perks, but there is no point at my current level.

I use either the SCAR with a holographic, FAMAS with a holographic, Vector with a holographic, the Intervention without anything or the M4 without anything.

And then stopping power, steady aim, and sleight of hand for everything. If you want to shoot people there isn't anything better, and the heartbeat sensor is very very homosexual, I might add.

The whole point is to make a load out to your strengths, thus if you strength is just to shoot people, I think a gun will do:/

Kill people faster with stopping power, more bullets in the right place with steady aim, and less downtime with the quick reload. Uh yea?

^^ barely ever use the weapons with that just run around really fast and knife stuff from a great range, though the shotgun cleans up everyone quickly

I have a few new layouts!

Close Quaters:
Riot Shield
Beginner shot gun (only one i have but it works well)

Perks:
Commando
Hardline
Quick reloading*

This is really good in terminal especially while boarding the base near B (domination) shot gun is great when anticipating a enemy and shield protects while capping bases and your back.

I will ad more later.
It has come to my attention (unlike cod4) you need more than 1 class for MW2. The shield is a fail with any open map (Flanking )

Ok this is hardly a kit load out but.

Javelin + Danger Close = sex.

I have got 4+ kills with it like 5 times now, and it gives you this great feeling inside watching the rocket loop down and annihilate people!

I used this loadout at a friend's:

SCAR w/ Launcher
Stinger
Stun

Scavenger
Hardline
Commando

Killstreaks:
Predator
Chopper Gunner
Nuke

Launch your 2 nades, scavenge to get more nades. Get killstreaks, rack up kills, get nuke, end game.
It was extremely fun ( for me)

i got a question: does carrying a rocket launcher instead of pistol in the secondary weapon slot make me slower? basically is my speed affected by the size/weight of the weapons i carry?
