Cannot Connect to internet

Have never had this problem but starting last night when I click on the start up shortcut to the internet the screen goes black then I am back where I started. Uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck.......help!! For BF2 and SF only.

Start by deleting the video.con files in My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default and 0001 0002 etc.

Natt I tried deleting the video.con files but that did not help.....never had this problem before.
