Found a few things in the cfg that can be tweaked a little bit to give you a more accurate idea of your ping:
scoresping_interval: Changes the value of each bar.
maxbars: Changes how many bars are displayed. 10 is the max.
So you can change maxbars to 10 and scoresping_interval to 20. 10 bars is 0-20 ping. Add 20 ping for each bar lost. So 5 bars is ~100ms. It doesn't change anything functionally, but it does give you a better idea of what your ping is.
So far maxpackets, maxping and snaps haven't really done much for me. The lagometer works, though.
