Crash after last misson.

After falling off the waterfall into the river the game loads and I get error.

Any help?

So you do not get an error but a crash to desktop?

While loading to the cut scene, I get a black screen and an error saying: "iw4sp.exe has stopped working."

Edit Screw this game! Im gonna just trash it. **** MP and SP! I'll go back to COD:WAW.
