It's no hack, just script modification. It could have been done easily in 1.41 and DICE thought they fixed it but it's still possible to do it. The advantage of it i if you have a good macro, you can boost up to 500 ft and basically travel from one end of the map another by just using your chute.

Its an exploit none the less I would ban anybody on sight, if it was my server.
