IW have said that officially the game is not delayed for PC which in my eyes leads to further speculation that it will be.

The way you worded your post made "officially" sound as though it were certain. However, upon reading the article I do agree with you, because if it wasn't going to be delayed he may have explained the situation or simply said "no," but the addition of "officially" means that they are probably contemplating it. -

I just hope that officially means that it probably wont be, but it might.
