How to get hats fast ?

Just installed the game again and saw many updates wher released sins i was gone including the new hats. Now i was playing this game when they first introduced them but dint got a thing. Now they released second shipment of them and ther is one hat that i would love to have and thats the heavy russian hat :nod:. So is enyone came up whit some good legal way to get those damn hats ?. And what about the trading system that they where talking about in the past ?
