need help playing the game (connection)

right i got bf2 the other day and it played fine , i installed the 1.50 and it was ok but today when i go to join single player it says connecting to server or something along those lines , then it crashes to desktop so i cant play a single player ,, what can be done

also how do you play multiplayer ... i have made an account but when i click on multiplayer there are never any servers

any help would be gr8 as this is really doing my head in now

assuming you bought bf2 and didn't get an illegal copy, uninstall and reinstall it, first patch it to 1.41 then 1.5 and try again good luck

yeah it a legal game and i put 1.41 on before i put 1.50 on tried uninstalling and reinstalling the adding patches again but still has not worked so i got the hump with the game and threw it away ... it aint all that good anyway so no big loss,,im not saying the game was bad but its not exactly the best

lol it was all updated graphics and punkbuster , ea games didnt no what to do .. i have already thrown it away also after seeing the thousands of complaints about the same thing , its not fixable unless you can glue a disk back together and make it work lol
