    Factions In BF3

I would rather not see the same U.S.A., MEC, and China that was in BF2. I'd like to see something different.

Personally, I'd love it if Russia and the European Union were teams. Maybe have China thrown in there. Russia and China vs the U.S.A. and E.U., perhaps. The "united Middle East" thing seems to be a future-fiction cliche.

Hopefully BF3 isn't at a stage in development where the teams are already set.

Agreed, European forces (mainly British :p) or perhaps NATO/United Nations.

      US vs EU

      Bit controversial but definitely interesting

I think it's entirely possible that before the end of the 21st Century, there will be tensions between the U.S. and E.U. But it seems unlikely any time soon - Russia and the U.S. going at it seems more likely.

Maybe something like USA vs Russia and EU vs China.

If it's set in modern day, you'd be hard-pressed to find a reason not to include the middle east somehow. Maybe North Korea? EU vs. MEC, US vs. North Korea?

Then again I'd still be in favour of another WW2 game, but perhaps by then I'll be burned out on WW2 thanks to BF1943. We'll see. :)

I'd love to see everyone at war. Realistic no. Intresting, maybe.

              North Korea v Terrorist v EU v US v Russia v Ultranationalist v China.

North Korea? I think BF3 should be between superpowers, like in BF2. China, the US, EU, etc.

I think if they have a MEC, they should come up with a name that sounds more realistic. League of Arab States would make more sense (or just Arab League), since it's an actual entity. The name Middle-Eastern Coalition doesn't make sense to me, because for one thing, "Middle East" is seen as a Eurocentric term.

I'd like to see India vs. Pakistan.

Varying locations (you have desert, plains, mountains).
Fairly balanced weaponary. (India's weaponary is primarily Russian).

I don't exactly, but India vs. Pakistan seems like a good bet.

But not too balanced. I'd like it if the weaponry was realistic - some having advantages over others. And then have a bunch of unlockable weapons and/or one or two alternatives to the main rifle to counteract some of the advantages/disadvantages.

Of course it's not too balanced. We have better nukes. xD

I would like to see more interesting fictional factions, rather than yep you guessed it USA vs.

Yes, basically an entire world war rather then USA vs The world.

                              Punic Wars?

But that would redefine the BF franchise.
