DiRT doesn't respond to input.

I bought the game via Steam a while ago and I've played it before without any problems. The game is not responding to keyboard input.

I'm stuck at the screen opting me to press enter to continue, but it won't respond. I am unable to skip the intro as is usually possible. And it's not an issue with my keyboard because it works perfectly fine elsewhere, even in GRID.

Another thing, I have two monitors and when DiRT is running, I can move my mouse from my primary monitor to my secondary monitor.

Sounds like you need to set controls to default. I'm not sure if there is a way other than to reinstall the game (backup save files), so you'll need to Google around.

I've already reinstalled the game several times and I can't find anything on Google, unless I'm not using the right wording.

Having uninstalled the game, have you made sure all files are deleted, somtimes a few configs are left behind.

Controls are stored in my docs iirc?

Yeah, I've deleted everything.

edit: Steam's in-game community needed to be turned off.
