Does EA/DICE play this game at all?

if so, i wonder how they feel about the servers crashing constantly in the middle of rounds.

the fact this hasn't been addressed leads me to believe they don't play the game at all. i mean if they notice this problem would they not do anything about it?

i don't know that any of them play on a regular basis. every once in a while you may see a [DICE] member, but the sightings are few & far between.

They did play the game a fair bit before, most developers do when the game is new, but the game is pretty old now.

I found a DICE member in BFH though!

ive seen pirelli on xfire playing bf, but i only see him on less than 32 player servers, and i have only once seen them crash in the newest patch.

In my experience, the crashes seem to be limited to certain servers.

I've played dozens of rounds on some servers and they never crash, while others crash fairly often - one of the few remaining populated NS servers seems to crash every couple of rounds.

So does that indicate a different type of problem than simply EA/DICE?

i think you can attribute some of that to the tards that have no life and go into certain servers to crash it.

I'm so naive about things like this/cheating/hacking, etc.

I just play the games to have fun.

they exploit a glitch, it aint a hack. but i think it has more to do with the provider, for example the ff servers are total bullcrap, no hitreg, loads of lag, and it gave me a crash yesterday. i think they just bought one server and overloaded it. maybe that is the reason(together with to many people on spamming to much grenades) that can crash servers.

I'm guessing but I think you'll see much improvement with the patch by the looks of things, would have though the well known issue of server crash was highest on the 2142 fix list.
