Hothead, you've said it multiple times that you change your GUID to get around bans on servers that have booted you, unfairly. Your cabana-boy Absolute is the one that tries to cover with you with the bs many GUID's from buying many game copy excuse. I am assuming that changing your guid is a big no-no at TWL, and your ***** had to cover for you. It sucks that your stats got wiped, but then again in real life, so do you....

And yes I change my GUID. Try this go to any store that sells bf2142 grab a pen and pad. open a case. copy it down. repeat. go to next store.

o_hothead_o, I couldn't give a crap about your pile of GUIDs.

At first I thought you were a cheat, and that was all I cared about. ...Over time though I re-evaluated that and thought that maybe you were playing fair. ...To be honest I hardly ever shared a server with you, so I can't really even have a proper opinion on that.

I think that with the amount of buffoonery happening in the leader boards these days, EA are probably having a hell of a time managing the stats.

Until the next update is released, and various vulnerabilities are addressed, I think we're going to see a continued stream of stats abuse to which EA will be hard pressed to respond promptly and fairly in each case.

Surely though the only question worth asking is "Did he cheat?".

I mean if he gave himself new GUIDs simply to defeat local server bans, well OK that's annoying for server admins, but it's not actually cheating.

For me to feel "glad" that someone has lost his stats, I'd have to be convinced that he was using a wallhack/aimbot/triggerbot etc.

If someone kills my soldier, I only care about whether he used his own skill. I couldn't give a rat's 4ss what GUID he had at the time.

you can get extra guids in more ways than hacking or buying a new cd key... this aint a reason to ban someone from your server imho. if he is hacking or blatant breaking rules, then ban. if you ban for hacking, make sure you get 100% proof he is hacking, if you cant get it, let him play and learn to addapt to his skill level, artificial or not. it is not meant to be insulting but when i crossed the pont to play on your server, where there was no way to shoot people when they were moving with my internet, i still got good kd/s. anyone with equal or more skill and a better ping would be able to get huge kd's on your server.
ps skates are you east coast? i might try to cross the pont on a east coast server and try to see how i do on there.

Obviously, you people didn't believe my previous warnings about not starting these shenanigans in the forums again. The next time someone tries to take forum justice into their own hands and starts bashing down other users, no matter who they are, he's getting a ban. You know who you are, and you know you've been warned before about the same thing. The report post button exists for a very distinct reason; we expect you to use it. Obviously, someone felt the need to use it properly, and guess what; it worked!
