Yea, I seen this over in the EAUK forums. We are so close yet so far. Will it keep my interest until BFBC2. I really hope them changing the clip size means they are back to normal damage system!

Yes, I consider a normal damage system as BF2 not 50 bullets a clip + 30 of them bullets put into the victim = death

Wow the top guy on the leader board for the Xbox360 in already a one star general after 12 ours of game play lol. I can see this might not hold my intrest for very long after seeing this.

I want a long lasting ranking system just like Battlefield 2 had, it was best you could play for a year to reach the last rank and it was awesome.

Hell I still haven't reached the last rank in BF2 and that has been 4 years of play time lol. Off and on of course. The highest I made was major.

To be fair, though, does anyone honestly expect a $15 tech demo to have a ranking system on the same lines as BF2? Once the other BF games, BC2 and BF3, come out do you really think 1943 is going to have that large of a playerbase?

Wow...just checking the scores here; do they give you points for booting up your computer, starting up your browser, and surfing for pr0n in addition to playing BF1943? How does someone already have over 320,000 points in just 14h time? The score per minute on most of the people on the leaderboards is over 50!

It says on the front page that they are trying to optimize the profiles to take the load off their servers so they took them down for a couple days.
