hardcore mode respawn timer

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section of forum, but i'm just curious, how do i make the respawn timer of a server that i host in hardcore less than 10 seconds? I know it is possible, i just don't know how. Any ideas?

set scr_war_playerrespawndelay "-1"
set scr_war_waverespawndelay "-1"

That should do it for TDM. You may have to change the "war" to other settings for the other game types.
