With the news that Battlefield 3 is in development, are you now more likely or less likely to buy 1943 and BC2?

Honestly, far more likely, at least once we get more info on what they're going to be doing with BF3 (i.e., none of this max 24 players regenerating health rubbish). Thing is, I'm in a bit of a spot, since my current rig would choke to death on games like those, and I don't want to drop the quid on a brand new rig until BF3 is close to release, so even if I'm more likely to buy them just on principle alone due to the announcement of BF3, it would be money wasted since I wouldn't be able to play them until after BF3 is released anyway.Originally posted by DeadlyMACDWith the news that Battlefield 3 is in development, are you now more likely or less likely to buy 1943 and BC2?
Quite a conundrum, heh. :p

No change. Buying BC2 for the single-player which BF3 might not have. BF1943 if there are dedicated servers.
Have to try frostbite multiplay on the PC!

To be honest I was thinking about getting both since I need to fill my a gap in my games atm but now I know that BF3 is coming out I might only get one as I know either 1943/BC2 will last me + TF2 till BF3 comes out.
