Map settings help PLEASE!

Hey all I just got a server grom cstriker(PWNAGE btw) and I dont know how to change map times, points, or even get it to change maps. Can you all help me out? And if anyone has an cool commands for in game use Id love that too!

Find server.cfg and change the values there?

mp_timelimit

Set that to the desired time limit.
