Banned?

I am new to this website and didn't see where to put this so if it is in the wrong spot I apologize. I was just banned from your titan board on BF2142 (gamer name is SZHARPER). I didn't know of the rule about not overloading the shields and I didn't see any warnings ingame about it but I did see that was what I was banned for. I play on your servers every once in a while and I rather enjoy it so I was hoping that you could lift the ban and let me play now that I know that rule exists.

Perhaps you can find the appropriate clan site by searching the clans forum on here and finding a website or forum link.
