You do realize that it's not really Pirelli's job to deal with that stuff, right? That's EA customer service you need to address, although they certainly won't order any servers to release bans. That's not how they roll.

as much as i don't like the no spawn killing etc, i do like the fact they stand by some sort of rules and guidelines. however i don't think you should just remove orb/emp/pk rockets just because you don't like em.
this is better than not having any rules and not having any enforcement of the rules.

yeah that is kind of annoying when it happens im like "WHY THE **** do you think i was crouching?!" but yeah that leads to another good habit which is avoiding cluster****s because people that cluster together get blown up together.
If i had things my way, i would enforce the rule of "No apm, RDX and Sentry gun" spam in the titans. It would all be like in the intro video, people just going at it with machine guns and riffles. But it ain't going to happen so i just learn to deal with it. So if EA is telling you to get rid of that rule, you have to just deal with getting killed with rockets even if you think they are n00b.
Having a server and not allowing PK rockets it's almost as bad as the server Skunk 2142 was running back in the day. He would ban anyone who would knife him. It's in the same category because both are banning a player for killing an admin with a certain weapon they dislike.

Given that they are still making patches, I think we've done quite well.
Just because they built something, doesn't mean they have to Police it. So for them to be taking down unfair servers (let's not get into definitions) is quite good practice.
Everyone gets bans here and there, even I did. But, so long as you don't argue too much and if you get fed up, move along, you won't ever come to the situation where you're banned off all servers in your area... unless you live in Africa or something :p
I can live with the APM's and PK rockets, but them RDX bunnies are a real pain in the butt. Yesterday played on Timeless Titan and some moron managed to land his pod within a few feet of me and his RDX explodes about the same time as he landed, like BANG-BLAST!!, repeatedly. Giving me no time to react with my gun whatsoever. BTW me ping was 10, so no lag involved.
i have no idea why you would disallow apms you practically have to step on them for them to kill you now

Yeah, that RDX is BS. I've been blown up by a guy who was cloaked and pretty much RDXed me while he was still cloaked. When the RDX tards come out, so does my shotty. That usually takes care of them and a Teabag shortly follows.
yeah i dont know why they just didnt make FF when it is on your still able to hurt yourself but not your teammates, it would solve everything pretty much. but no they decided that you should be able to explode bombs on yourself and not get hurt, i mean what does that teach our kidz?
