Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
TF2 have a tendency to give you crappy performance even though your system is very good. Valve adds loads of particle effects and stuff in evey major update so the game is progressively having worse and worse performance. :p I know, I have very good performance in most other games but TF2 crap out on me all the time... so I got myself a FPS config that I tweaked a bit so the textures would look good.
Also, you barely notice that anti-aliasing is off unless you stand still and admire the scenery constantly.

Yes, but a pair of GTX285s in SLI should flatten any game going...
And I need to change that graphics card, don't have them in my current desktop since they almost blew up my PSU :p In the process of getting a new PSU, currently have my old 8800 in, but still should be getting good fps, used to get 101 solid on any Source Engine game with the 8800, might drop sometimes, but not often.
TF2 runs quite well on my system for some reason. Though i get a lot of 'freezes' on servers like the OC and that basicly saps my computer. I just need more RAM for that and getting RAM shouldnt be a problem.
