BF2 still active?

I used to play BF2 a lot a year ago. After uninstalling, I'm wondering how active is the BF2 community? Is it still bigger than 2142? Have they reduced the amount of hackers, or is there anything I have missed in the past year or so?

Very alive, especially with the new patch beta.

I think they will lose alot of people once they release the new patch as many new bugs will be introduced to the game. But that is just my honest opinion and should not be taken as fact.

Or you could go try the Delta Force Xtreme 2 beta.

Ooh, I didn't know Novalogic had anything new out since JO. Nice one.

But yes, the BF2 community is still alive and well. Also check out the big BF2 mods; they definitely bring some life back into BF2.

You can always judge a game's activity by how many complaints there are. A dead game has no one to whine about it.
