Hey guys,

I was playing the epic COD4 campaign again. I noticed the U.S. Marines didn't have the stupid gay helmets with the hat underneath as in MP.

Who agrees with me that US Marines don't wear the stupid helmets in MP but wear ones like this. I think they look so awesome in SP.

Seems so :p Should of put up a screenie of a marine on MP aswell.



However, it would be cool to have the single player gear in MP!

Looking at the pics Frantic posted it looks like they are the same helmet except in MP, they dont have the camo coverings. Instead they only have the tactical band.

I think they are the same, just one doesnt have a camo cover.

Many many many many people have wanted a lot of the SP stuff in the MP.

Why the shooting ear protection? So you can hear somebody sneaking up on you? Don't U.S. Marines NOT use ear protection so they can actually hear what's going on?

Damage is done to the ear at 80DB up. Isn't an AR like 150DB?

Something like that, but its not exactly the same as the shooter than if you were standing next to it.

Anyway, its just some side protection as well. Maybe there is a headset in there to hear orders.

Well that helmet is not the regular PSGE helmet everybody wears. It's some gay spec op ugly thing without camo. The hat underneath it makes it look even more gay.

I dont think it looks too bad either. Its a small thing really, while i like millitary accuracy small things like that dont matter

I don't really notice it at all myself. But if it bothers you so much, why don't you make a mod or at least change the texture of the helmet which isn't hard at all.

Although it really doesn't bother me too much...IMO, this ^ definitely looks better overall.
