Well, once again i knifed the number #1 player (Balls2dawall) yesterday and he is going to be wiped because he got hacked.

The leaderboards are just a mess, any legit player on those top spots are going to suffer the same faith. Hacked and wiped, and there is nothing that they can really be done about it. After all those cheats that have been on the boards for a month are wiped, my best guess is that Treble and Sonja are going to lose all their hard work. Godspeed :salute:

unF'g believable. everyone ahead of DannyDiktator is jacked. and all because some pathetic moron has no life & nothing better to do w/ his/her time. i'd hate to see treble & sonja go. i've played w/ both of them a long time & treble about 2 years now. i sure hope it won't go that far, but there's definitely no signs of stopping.

they are supposed to be fixing this security hole in the next patch, but its too little too late with these fixes.

The other hackers with all the Giggo's have been on the LEADER board for weeks now without being removed. EA just don't give a phuck about it's customers, that's clear once more.

I could see former top ranks players like KAIN, Fantastico14 and Giggo played again for a short while but stopped soon after. They should have been reinstated, now these hackers got what they wanted. Thanks EA... :salute: :dead:

Well, if you look at sonja's stats, you can see she has fallen victim to name spoofing or account hack. Because her worst death streak, like mine, is 100+ deaths. If you are high on the boards you are a target for the pathetic low lives, to mess with your stats.

That's the dumbest thing i have ever seen. Ppl in charge of the leaderboards can't glance over to see it's all messed up and hacked, for 4 weeks. It has to be reported through customer service so they can be aware.

Exactly where are you supposed to go to report the issue. Going to EA.com just inserts you in a web site phone tree. Can you post a link to the actual complaint page???

I believe EA lost faith in BF2142 already. They see that stores no longer carry this game and thus it's pointless to continue actively supporting it.

They are more interested in things that bring them quick dough but lacks content.

This sort of crap that he posts up annoys me thoroughly. I realised that EA stopped supporting BF2142 a looooong time ago. Yet this makes no difference that they should tell us to go and "make a support ticket" How many people have to complain before they finally decide to sort this ****ed up **** out? It's been way to long for them to sit around and wondering if they should even bother to fix the leaderboards.
AND not doubt during the time I posted this another couple ****ers like N00BofAim, GottOfAim, N*E*W*M*Y and F~U~B~A~R the ~i*am~ sqaud have decided to screw another couple people over because they have nothing else to do in their lives. I also find it fustrating that you force people to quit the game because they have just spent half a year of complete game time playing to become the best only to log on one day and simply give up because it just doesn't make sense to play anymore. I wish EA had a slightly higher respect for the COMPLETE gaming community. Instead of doing a lil' here and lil' there to make things look like they are moving along fine.

We get told a patch is coming out. I'm jumping up and down because this may be the final ONE the one that sorts the problems everyone faces. The one's I face on a daily basis because I don't like having to disconnect because some idiot managed to subscribe for hacks. I once saw Forces(UK) post that we play video games to escape day to day life and do something that is not stressful and easy to get along with. I have to say EA and others such as de.bug and many others have defeated the point of what video games are there for.

Overall its a sad situation from both sides; the fact that EA doesn't do anything about it and that people HAVE to hack BF2142 just for ****'s and giggles.

Its not just 2142. My account was "hacked" in BF2 and EA wiped it and thats it. I loved 2142, but with all the holes in it and BF2, I just wont bother with it. I'm sure I am not alone.

This latest scenario has finally convinced me of a fact that myself and other's in the gaming community truly believe...........EA does'nt give a f*** about any of us. ( fool me once shame on you.....fool me twice shame on me ) As if I did'nt know this already!
