  • Lost localization files after 1.5 patch

I forgot to back-up my "mod" of localization files, due 1.5 patch installation. Now they're overwritten.

    Before:

Now I have to re-create this. The page I found this on, I have the forgot the URl to it!

Can any1 help me getting this back again? It's alot easier to see which flag has been captured/neutraled, instead of the original small green font top left site.

    Thanks.

I'm not sure about exact, but I'm really sure you can use the same codes etc. I think text has been added to new ones, etc...

Highlighting the flags going neutral like is a good idea. I'm going to add that to mine now.
What's the code for the huge text again?

Re: Lost localization files after 1.5 patch

http://www.tacticalgamer.com/battlef...s-v1-12-a.html is a pretty good guide for editing localization files.

So the code to change captures to big and orange would be something like this:
            §3§C1001#PLAYERNAME# captured the #CPNAME# control point§C1001§0
The §3 increases the size of the text
The first §C1001 highlights the text
The second §C1001 terminates the first
And the §0 resets the size to default

To move the message to the middle, you have to spacebar the text over and see ingame if you moved it as much as you want, which is a bit more time consuming.
