If they were on at the same time, you probably couldn't log in. That would be about it.

If they were playing online at the same time, you just wouldn't be able to join an online server. That's how CoD4 works, not sure how WaW does it. And you shouldn't need the CD for multiplayer.

oh huh i can actually start the game without the cd but i still need everything to be together in the program folder in order for the game to start
