I know its really noob of me, but 9 weeks ago i sighed up for heroes beta, today i got my beta key but was unable to log in as i have forgot not only my password but username too.

Cant you just make a new EA account and use the key on that one?
As far as I know a key is not tied to any account before you use it.

You make a different account when you get in the beta. Just follow the links in your email. You will also need a EA Account. If you have one you just skip that step
