Server Admins / Owners, Question...

Been a while since I posted here...there used to be a forum for server owners and admins. Can't find it...

anyway, I have a question for folks familiar with 2142cc....

Does anyone know how to set up a system message that welcomes each player to the server when they join? I've seen some servers that have a welcome message come up that says "Welcome <player name> to our <Server Name>. Have fun!". I was wondering how I could set this up on my server?

also, I have seen some admins that were able to issue in game commands to warn an entire team. They would type !w EU BACK UP, and every single player on that team would be warned. I can't figure out how they did this. I know you can set up custom kick / ban / warn shortcuts, but I was wondering how to set up team warnings.... like !W EU STAY OUT OF UNCAP.

as far as the join message you are refering to is probably servers that are streaming to pbbans, within that you can enable a greeting for people that join your server. If you are not streaming to ppbans it is a pretty simple process, hit me up if you have questions.

As far as ingame commands this give most common instructions, for bf2 but same as 2142:

say you want to warn all players in server I believe it is !w * or something similar instead of single players name, been to long since I have used it. I find it pretty useless as it just spams same message on your screen, kinda annoying and really no need for it.
